Matching passport, drivers licence or photographic ID and the credit/debit card used to make the reservation are required at check-in to be pre-authorised for £100-£200 (Security Deposit) per apartment as a guarantee against any additional charges such as telephone calls, smoking, damages or lost keys. Should the original card used to make the reservation not be present upon check-in, another card will be required to make payment using the chip and PIN facility and the original card will be refunded (This may take up to 10 working days, however some bank/credit card companies may take longer). We do not accept cash, cheques or foreign currency.
In the event that the card provided for payment/guarantee is declined the guest will be given 24 hours to provide alternative payment details. In the event that this is not provided the booking will be cancelled.
