NO SMOKING POLICY - The occupants will incur increased cleaning charges if anyone has been smoking inside our facilities. There are designated smoking areas at the hotel.

CHECK OUT: 11 AM A Key Drop Box is provided on the Bar Door for keys at check out
HOUSES CHECK OUT: LEAVE KEYS ON KITCHEN BENCH AND TXT 0402 066 211 to notify the cleaners.
A late check out fee will be charged if the room is not vacated by 11am (unless expressly agreed by the Hotel) on the day of departure.
CLEANING: Our accommodation is cleaned prior to arrival and upon departure. Your Tariff includes a standard clean, however should any additional cleaning be necessary, or the accommodation has had smoking inside, then an extra charge will be debited to your credit card. Any breakages, damages & excess cleaning items are to be paid for. Number of Persons staying at the Accommodation MUST NOT exceed the Persons stated in Booking details.
Please Keep NOISE to a minimum. Guests are expected to behave in a manner, which is conductive to the safety, comfort and convenience of other guests and neighbours in the hotel and neighboring properties, and will abide by any house rules.
LIABILITIES: No responsibility is taken for personal items left on premises during or after departure.We do not accept liability for any injury, damage, loss of additional expenses caused directly or indirectly by events, which are beyond our control.

BREAKAGES/DAMAGES - Credit Card details are held by us for security purposes. We expect the accommodation is returned to us in the condition presented on arrival. Breakages or damages not caused by normal wear and tear will be charged to your Credit Card if necessary. Charges will be imposed if the accommodation is left in an unreasonable condition
LOST KEYS: If the hotel key or keys are lost or misplaced, the guest will incur the charge of replacing the front door lock barrel along with keys cut for the 15 rooms. This is a security issue, so PLEASE KEEP YOUR KEYS IN A SAFE PLACE and don't lose them.
